If you are planning to print your own advertising material – please follow these instructions:

1. Send a preview of the banner *.jpg in format to Event Organiser on advert@nmf-expo.ru

2. Design a banner with grommets round the perimeter in increments of 30 cm.

3. Bring the banner to Event Organisers stand before 16:00 during third day of Installation.

4. Please attach a list in А4, with following information:

· Company's name ( ex. NMF )

· Floor on which the banner is to be displayed ( ex. 1st floor )

· Banner dimensions ( ex. 2 х 2 m )

· Place number, agreed on the layout of structures ( ex. no 10 )

· Banner preview ( photo or render of the banner )

Attention! Banners that are passed to Event Organisers stand after 16.00 during the third day of Installation - will be placed after 10:00 on 1st day of the Forum.
